  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: We use trusted courier partners like DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on the location.
  • International Orders: Delivery may take anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier partner's details. You can use this information to track your order online.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Alish Apparels is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Failed Deliveries: In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to unavailability of the recipient or address issues, the product will be returned to us, and you may be asked to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery.

6. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier company.
  • Please keep the damaged item and packaging for inspection by the courier company.
